Here at Griffith Flooring Service LLC, we are creating new standards while maintaining the old! We are a family-owned business and have specialized in expert installations for over twenty years! Our showroom’s small-town feel makes your experience personal, focused, and enjoyable because we care.

Our story is a simple one. David started working in the flooring industry completing installations for a family friend over twenty years ago. After years of installing flooring David had dreams of opening his own showroom. He identified that his customer’s needs and problems were not being properly met and believed that they could be done better. He has been proudly helping his customers since opening his showroom in 2019. When he isn’t working in the showroom David enjoys camping and spending time with his wife Stacey, of 18 years, as well as his three children, Allie, Kaleb and Henry.

We are delighted to introduce Jennifer to the Griffith Flooring Service team. Jennifer brings an impressive 31 years of experience in design and sales to our company, with an astounding 18 of those years dedicated to the flooring industry.
Jennifer's journey into the world of design started after her graduation from Greenwood Community High School. She pursued her passion by studying Fashion Design and Business Management at Stephens College and IUPUI, laying a solid foundation for her career.
Her expertise extends into the realms of textiles, color composition, and space planning, allowing her to provide invaluable guidance to clients over the years. Jennifer's deep understanding of these elements has consistently translated into stunning and functional design solutions.
In addition to her professional achievements, Jennifer is a dedicated mother to three beautiful daughters. Her involvement in their sports and dance activities over the past decade has made her a recognizable local supporter in the community.
At Griffith Flooring Service, Jennifer continues to help deliver top-notch service and expertise in the flooring and design industry. Owner & Operator
If you know David, you know he’s the kind of person who believes a good handshake still means something. With over 20 years in the flooring industry, he’s built Griffith Flooring Service on trust, hard work, and a promise to always do right by every customer. His motto says it best: “We’re creating new standards while maintaining the old.”
David takes pride in making sure every project reflects the quality and care that define the Griffith name. Outside of work, he’s an avid bourbon collector, a loyal Colts fan, and never misses a good basketball game. Married to Stacey for 19 years, David is a proud dad to Allie, Kaleb, and Henry — the heart behind everything he does.

Kimber brings a positive attitude, excitement to learn and grow, and a passion for helping create a great experience for both our customers and team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, attending car shows and drag/drift competitions, watching basketball and football, and traveling across the United States.
Kimber is excited to continue growing in her role and becoming part of the family atmosphere that makes Griffith Flooring Service special. Her dedication, energy, and willingness to jump in and help make her a wonderful addition to our growing team.

Sales & Design Consultant
Jason brings a unique blend of creativity, design knowledge, and customer service to the Griffith Flooring team. Originally from Crawfordsville, Indiana, he studied Art and Graphic Design at Purdue University, where he also met his wife. They have been happily married for nearly 25 years and are proud parents of three children.
With an eye for design and a passion for helping others, Jason enjoys working with homeowners and businesses to create beautiful, functional spaces that reflect their personal style. His artistic background allows him to see the details that make every flooring project truly come together.
When he's not helping customers, Jason enjoys tackling DIY projects around the house and cheering on his favorite teams—the Indianapolis Colts, Indiana Pacers, Indiana Fever, Chicago Cubs, and, of course, the Purdue Boilermakers!

Kaleb
Part-Time Sales & Warehouse Associate
Kaleb Griffith is a Part-Time Sales & Warehouse Associate at Griffith Flooring Service. As the oldest son of owners David and Stacey Griffith, he has grown up around the family business and is excited to continue learning every aspect of the flooring industry.
A junior at Triton Central High School, Kaleb is an Eagle Scout and serves as a Junior Assistant Scoutmaster, reflecting his commitment to leadership, service, and community. He is also actively involved in Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) and Track & Field.
Outside of work and school, Kaleb enjoys spending time outdoors, attending rodeos, working on cars, and taking on hands-on projects. His strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to serve others make him a valued member of our team.
Whether he's organizing inventory, preparing materials for installations, or assisting customers in the showroom, Kaleb is proud to continue the Griffith Flooring tradition of honest service, quality craftsmanship, and treating every customer like family.
